As the leader of TAS Events & Design’s coordination team, Alicia prides herself on supreme organization, attentiveness to the most minute of details, discretion, and passion for seeing guests enjoy themselves wholeheartedly .
Alicia has mastered fail-safe execution of events of all sizes and serves as our clients’ trusted planning partner. With extensive experience in strategic and logistical management, she ensures that each client preference – no matter how great or small – is thoroughly attended to. Understanding the need for an effective planner to also serve as an excellent communicator, Alicia prides herself on the ability to easily liaise with vendors, hosts, and guests – from the first client call to the culmination of an event – all while enforcing event flow with grace.
Alicia leads by example, requiring that the standards she sets for herself is met by all staff coordinators on the TAS Events & Design team. She fosters teamwork and compliance amongst all to ensure each client’s vision is achieved with precision, authenticity and excellence.

Jeffrey goes beyond management of event installation set-up and break-down – through his premium work in custom carpentry and fabrication, he brings our clients’ ideas from paper to reality.
A high-skilled, OSHA-certified professional with years of experience in the service and labor industries, Jeffrey is responsible for managing the TAS Events & Design labor team to ensure adherence to industry-standard labor practices, quality and safety on site.
As the premier full-service decor provider for luxury events, our company relies greatly on superb inventory management and care to ensure the continued success of our productions. Eileen, TAS Events & Design’s warehouse supervisor ensures that our extensive inventory remains expertly curated and pristinely maintained.
With extensive experience in dress design, Eileen possesses a keen eye for detail and mastery of intricate customization. Eileen maintains cohesive flow within our company’s warehouse, ensuring each production is executed on time, without a single piece out of place. Between her backgrounds in television production and set design, Eileen serves as an invaluable supervisor for the handling and maintenance of our decor inventory.
